Welcome to Infinity Sky Pool Aura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our luxury infinity pool facilities, cabanas, dining services, and all related amenities located at Level 50, Palm Tower, Dubai, UAE. By making a reservation, purchasing a ticket, or entering our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or access our facilities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Important Notice: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinity Sky Pool Aura. Please ensure you review them thoroughly before making any reservations or visiting our facilities.

When making a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, contact details, number of guests, and any special requirements. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and up to date.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Special promotional rates, including first-time visitor discounts, are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have limited availability. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your visit will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit or no-shows are non-refundable.
In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that require us to close our facilities, we will offer you the option to reschedule your visit or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
Requests to modify your reservation (date, time, or number of guests) must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Changes may result in price adjustments based on current rates. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to access Infinity Sky Pool Aura facilities. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon entry. Children under 21 are not permitted, even when accompanied by adults. This policy ensures we maintain a sophisticated, adult-oriented atmosphere.
We maintain a refined dress code to preserve the elegant ambiance of our facilities. Appropriate swimwear is required in pool areas. Cover-ups, resort wear, or smart casual attire must be worn in dining and lounge areas. Beachwear, athletic wear, torn clothing, and overly casual attire are not permitted outside designated pool areas.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, inappropriate language, or any conduct that disturbs other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, we maintain strict capacity limits. Your reservation includes access for the specified duration (typically 3-4 hours for standard packages, full-day for premium packages). Extended stays beyond your reserved time are subject to availability and additional charges.
Private cabana reservations include exclusive use of the designated cabana space for your party. Cabana capacity limits must be strictly observed for safety and comfort reasons.
Personal photography and videography for private use are permitted. However, commercial photography, professional equipment, drones, or any filming for commercial purposes requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to use photographs or videos taken on our premises for marketing and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.
Please be respectful of other guests' privacy when taking photographs. Photography that invades the privacy of others or creates discomfort is strictly prohibited.
Swimming and use of pool facilities are at your own risk. While we maintain the highest safety standards and provide trained lifeguards, you acknowledge that swimming and water activities carry inherent risks. You must be a competent swimmer to use the infinity pool, as it features deep water sections.
Guests with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or recent surgeries, should consult with their physician before using our facilities. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions that may require special attention or assistance.
All guests must comply with posted safety rules and instructions from our staff. Running, diving, or horseplay in pool areas is strictly prohibited. Glass containers are not permitted in pool areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must shower before entering the pool.
For your safety, our facilities are equipped with security cameras in public areas. We reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings for prohibited items.
Infinity Sky Pool Aura, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property that occurs on our premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. You agree to use our facilities at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your personal belongings.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but we strongly recommend that guests obtain their own travel and personal insurance. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or services.
In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will provide immediate first aid and contact emergency services. By using our facilities, you consent to necessary medical treatment in case of emergency. You are responsible for all costs associated with medical treatment, ambulance services, or hospital care.
Our world-class dining services offer a curated menu of gourmet cuisine and premium beverages. Food and beverage minimum spends may apply to certain reservation types, particularly private cabanas and VIP areas. All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking or upon arrival. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely allergen-free.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures food safety standards, maintains our premium dining experience, and complies with health regulations. Exceptions may be made for specific medical or dietary needs with prior approval from management.
Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with UAE laws and regulations. Valid identification proving you are at least 21 years of age is required for alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behavior suggests they have consumed excessive alcohol.
Responsible alcohol consumption is expected. Guests who become intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave without refund. We offer complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and can arrange transportation if needed.
Additional services such as spa treatments, private events, personal concierge services, and equipment rentals are available for an additional fee. These services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Separate terms and conditions may apply to specific services.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive promotional communications about our services, special offers, and events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly.
For the safety and security of all guests and staff, our facilities are monitored by security cameras in public areas. Footage may be reviewed in case of incidents, disputes, or security concerns. Camera footage is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
All content on our website, marketing materials, and premises, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Infinity Sky Pool Aura or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without express written permission. The Infinity Sky Pool Aura name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
User-generated content shared on our social media platforms or submitted to us may be used by Infinity Sky Pool Aura for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
Infinity Sky Pool Aura shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests and offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or refunds as appropriate. We reserve the right to temporarily close facilities or modify services for maintenance, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
Infinity Sky Pool Aura reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our facilities or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may cancel any future reservations in accordance with our cancellation policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our facilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your visit to Infinity Sky Pool Aura, we encourage you to first contact our management team to seek an amicable resolution. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
